PREGNANT women can have ante-natal checks in Denmark right up until they are ready to give birth at Albany Regional Hospital.
Obstetrician and general practitioner Kim Trueman, who offers the service at Denmark Medical Centre, said women would be saved the trip to Albany for a simple check.

SIX months after a tumour bigger than a golf ball was removed from her brain, Denmark ‘s Deb Booker has received the ‘best possible’ news.
Following months of intensive treatment, Deb had an MRI scan on Tuesday which showed ‘no signs of change’.
